Hi, I have my main Linux machine (running Xubuntu v17.04 64-bit), plus an old 2007 or so Vista era computer in its last days, which I dedicated to Enigma (Slackware v14.2 32-bit). I haven't been getting work on either of them, only my Windows 10 computer gets new work. I noticed on Windows 10 the application says "Enigma AV," is that the GPU version mentioned here on the forums? BOINC doesn't report it as a GPU or partially-GPU project. My Xubuntu and Win10 both have an NVIDIA GeForce 960 and both run CUDA and OpenCL BOINC projects just fine. Also, should I switch the old computer to 64-bit? Slackware out of the box only offers one or the other, and since Enigma is/was 32-bit only so I chose that. The old computer isn't compatible with any GPU projects, it has an outdated ATI Radeon HD 3450 (yes ATI). I'm just waiting for it to die. Anyone else having these problems, no work on Linux, and whatever this "Enigma AV" is, does/will it offer the option of native 64-bit? Thank you! -Dan Q danq.co |
