Work generator paused

It looks like your Windows host is set to request no new work from the project. I waited until I was at this computer again just to be certain - BOINC is not set to "Won't get new tasks". For good measure, I tried resetting the project, and then tried removing the project and adding it again. Sadly, none of these things has worked - I can get tasks on other projects, but for some reason every time I check in (on either Windows or Android) communication is deferred for 4 minutes.
