The old ones are OK. I'm running BOINC 5.10.45 with opt. 5.17 on Vista64.

Are you sure ? awgly ciphertext is 30% longer than hceyz, so I doubt that it can be processed faster. Did you compare same types of WU's ?
Runtimes on my reference machine were 40 - 80% longer than same type hceyz WU.

Mhm, I though that server won't send workunits assigned to second app to clients running optimized app, where app_info.xml has only one app description. I have to update app_info.xml, but before I'll do that I'll switch old tasks to new app.

I only have had one awgly100. It ran for 1,385.53 seconds.
All my hcezy's run between 3,400 and 7,600 seconds.

Send me some more and I can test it more in-depth. :-)

Second wrapper is disabled until I'll fix optimized app problems, but there are some awgly WU's left in the server queue (around 5k I think).
