we have a member of l'Alliance Francophone who is trying to create an account (i can provide his email in private) but it says "already exists with this email" so he tries to use send pasword function and it says "no account with this email"....

Several users are experiencing erratic behavior with the project server : difficult to do anything on the account, like changing preferences, difficult to login - i just had a hard time to log to put this message, etc...

What should he / we do ?

This one was a bug, I've fixed that by replacing create_account_action.php with newer version.

Could you post more details on this ? I know there's at least one bug in the 'home.php' - sometimes the page just doesn't load completely, but usually it goes away after a simple refresh. As far as I know it doesn't affect anything else.

There's definitely a bug in the server's apache config - one of BOINC@Poland members reported login problem and I was able to reproduce it, now I'm looking for possible solutions.

EDIT: it looks like it's not a problem with apache itself, but with some of the scripts adding "/enigma/" to the URL. I added a workaround for this, please report if it works correctly. I tried logging in and out from 5 different browsers, editing preferences/account info and posting on the forums, everything seems to work fine now.

hello every body !!! I'm also a member of the "Alliance Francophone" (so, I'm french and I don't speak english very well...) and I have a little problem with my account :

you can see that my CPID is the same for each of my projects. but on enigma, I have another one and it is a real problem for credit counting websites (??? websites wich tell you how many credits you have and which tell you your position (100°...), I don't know if it is clear...)

how can I fix it ??? I think, this problem appears with my inscription, and I don't know if I can change it...

Do you have Enigma attached to machines that are also attached to the other projects?

I have only one computer which is (for the moment) calculating for enigma only. but my computer is also attached to others projects (see my previous link).

what I don't understand is : what only enigma give me another CPID ?

Have you used for Enigma registration the same e-mail address like the other prejects?

moreover, I recently changed my nickname and my mail. I did it on all of my projects (and I put for all the same mail and the same nickname). I get a new CPID on all of my projects (the same one) except for enigma ! o0

when you go on your stats, it proposes to you to change your CPID if you have more than one CPID.
